Billing and Subscription Terms

These Billing and Subscription Terms ("Terms") apply to all users of the Minimal Phone app ("App"). By subscribing to the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Subscription Plans

The App offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $3.99 per month for access to all premium features.
  • Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment of $9.99 for lifetime access to all premium features.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly on the same day each month at $3.99.
  • Lifetime Plan: A one-time charge of $9.99, billed immediately upon purchase.

Renewal and Cancellation

  • Auto-Renewal: The Monthly Plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal in your account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Monthly Plan subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the App until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Lifetime Plan: The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment and does not require renewal or cancellation. Once purchased, it cannot be canceled.

Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify the subscription plans, including the price and benefits, at any time. Changes to the subscription plans will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

All charges are non-refundable. In the case of any billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly as all payments are processed through Apple.
